Mens Irons

Should I buy some mens golf irons?

I’m 14 years old, guy. I weigh 135 lbs and I am 5 foot 8 inches. I can hit well with my ladies irons now, but i’m just wondering if I should upgrade to mens.
I can hit my 5 iron around 175 yards, my 9 iron around 125 yards.

I am quite similar to you. I am 14 years old, 145 pounds, and 5 Foot 9. I use regular mens clubs right now. I used to have a set of clubs cut down an inch and a half but those are way too short. I strongly recommend you get a regular mens set. If the clubs you are playing with feel perfectly fine, than stay with them, but if they are a little short I suggest switching to a mens set. I would give you some suggestions for iron sets but I don’t really know your skill level.

I have the Titleist AP 2’s which are a great club but arent fully cavity backed. I think you should go to the store and hit a few sets of irons to see if you feel a difference between them and the ladies set.
