is there a reason why i cant flex my left trap but i can with my right?
ive been working on both for about two months now, but i see little change on my left, and i cannot naturally flex it, but i have no problem with my other side. is there a specific reason for this?
There could be a neurological reason or you may just have difficulty isolating it to be able to contract it.
Also…why are you doing trap strengthening? I assume you are talking about upper trap. Unless you are a football player or wrestler it would be better for you to strengthen your middle and lower trap rather than concentrate on the upper.
